Order Processing
ZOA’s dedicated Customer Care team works hard to process orders, so every order is processed within 15 minutes after we receive it.

Fulfillment Hours of Operation
Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST
Saturday & Sunday: CLOSED

Order Edits & Cancellations
Once an order has been placed it cannot be edited or cancelled. We are not able to update quantities, add or remove items, or update the shipping address.
